The Village Network Director of Resource Development

Tile: Director of Resource Development Manage annual capital and planned giving and fundraising activities. Research, evaluate, classify and cultivate prospective major donors. Develop and implement an annual comprehensive communication plan. Oversee and supervise publications and communication channels, volunteer coordination and grant writing. Prepare and administer department budgets and hire department personnel. The position requires a Master’s in Public Administration, Fundraising or Communications; frequent travel amongst The Village Network sites; valid Ohio driver’s license; 3-56 years supervisory experience; and excellent MS Office, communication, interpersonal, research, organizational and teamwork skills. Starting salary range of $90,000 - $102,000. Relocation to the Wooster, Ohio area is required.
