VICE PRESIDENT FOR DEVELOPMENT
AND FIELD SERVICES

Position Available:  Immediately
Location:  Columbus, Ohio

Qualifications:  A bachelor's degree in business, communications or related field or an equivalent combination of educational experience.  A minimum of five years nonprofit leadership experience in fund raising, community organization, and staff/volunteer management with a proven, verifiable track record of results.

Description:  The VP for Development and Field Services provides leadership to Prevent Blindness Ohio's statewide resource development efforts contributing toward the achievement of $1.5 million annual revenue through direct mail, annual fund drive, special events and grants. The VP also leads staff and volunteers in 4 Chapter offices (Cleveland, Toledo, Dayton and Cincinnati) directing programs (development, fund raising, community services and volunteer development) necessary to prevent blindness and preserve sight.

Reports to:  President & CEO

Compensation and Benefits:  
Salary Range: negotiable, based on experience
Incentive/Cash Bonus Program
403(b) defined retirement program with 140% company match on 2nd anniversary
