Membership Manager

MEMBERSHIP MANAGER POSITION AT FRANKLIN PARK CONSERVATORY AND BOTANICAL GARDENS

Reporting to the Director of Development, the membership manager oversees the membership program at Franklin Park Conservatory and Botanical Gardens. This individual is responsible for the development and implementation of an annual membership plan which includes marketing, special events, customer service, direct mail, ticket center conversion, volunteer recruitment, the Loyal Member Society and community relations. Additionally, the membership manager is responsible for a departmental budget, financial and membership data analysis.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree; 3-5 years experience in membership development and management, strong marketing and communication skills, excellent computer skills, a working knowledge of non-profit operations and be a team player within the development department.

Salary is commensurate with experience.
